Bear Country Meet

Hannah had her last regular season meet

yesterday. In two weeks it's on to St. George for

their State Meet.

Her team started on floor which is good, but it

means that they end on beam. It's better to

have beam earlier in the competition to get

it over with. Hannah received a 9.25 on floor.

She placed 3rd on floor.

Next was vault. Hannah got a lot of air on her

second vault and received her highest score on

vault with a 9.35. She took second on vault.

There was a little back log by the time they got

to bars. It was really cold in the USU Spectrum

at 8:00 in the morning. The girls huddled together

to stay warm before they checked in to do bars.

Third was bars. I thought bars scores were really

low. Hannah looked good and scored a 9.1. She

placed 3rd on bars.

Last, but not least, was beam. Hannah looked a little

shaky by beam. She baubled a little on her switch

leaps but held it together.

Hannah did her new upgraded dismount which is a

round-off layout and landed it perfectly. She received

a 9.075 and placed 6th.

Hannah had another solid meet. She placed second in

the All-Around with a 36.775. Her team also placed 1st.
