Grilled Quesadilla's

We decided to make some
quesadillas for dinner
last night.
Some had chicken, some
were just cheese with
salsa, guacamole.

We bought this cool
quesadilla grill at
Sur La Table on Friday
and decided to see if
it worked. Just put
the quesadilla with all
the fixings in the little
griller, lock it up and
put on the grill - turn
it over once.

They were delicious!!
Much better than putting
in a pan full of butter!
