Our "Malta" Walk

Hannah was a little sad that
there wasn't a family
reunion this year.
So we went on our
"Malta" walk instead.
Hannah thinks this walk is
just like being in Idaho
with all the sounds,
smells and sites that look
like you are there.

There is a cute old red truck
in a field next to us. The trees
and weeds have grown so tall
that you can hardly see it.
I'll have to get another picture
of it in the Fall.

This is the horse field next
to our house.  The horses have
been gone since the first
of June.  I guess they put them
out to pasture for the summer.
Hopefully they will be back
soon - we miss them.

from our house. Hopefully
this stays for a while.

I think there might be chickens
inside - but not quite sure.
You can hear them sometimes.

And the horses.  There are
some little goats that are
always out and screaming.
Tonight they were penned
up clear back from the
road so we couldn't take
a picture of them. Maybe
next time.

There was no work done
on the yard Friday, so hopefully 
new stuff on Monday!
